Orders
When will my orders arrive and when I will able to collect?
For new releases,
→ Korea : 5 – 10 working days after released date
→ Japan : 7 – 14 working days after released date
For all old releases,
→ Korea & Japan : 14 – 25 working days after order date
Please note that this is just an estimation, and there might be delays due to other reasons such as custom clearance and awaiting for restock.
Upon arrival to Singapore, email will be sent out to inform regarding collection details. For postage, items will be posted out in a week upon arrival to your address.
How do I know if my payment is verified?
Your order status will be updated to “Processing” once your payment is verified.
Posters are rolled and will be given in rolled form if you opt for meet-ups. For postage, if you would like your poster to be rolled, please add poster tube to the cart, otherwise your poster will be mailed folded.
Is the poster still available? Can I get a refund if the poster is not available?
Posters are meant as free gift and there will not be any refund if the poster is out of print.
To secure your poster, please make sure to submit order and make your payment 3 days before the released date. Poster is subjected to availability after the released date.
This stands for any other pre-order benefits provided by the manufacturer / company.
What if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?
A refund will be done for the out of stock item.

Products
Are albums purchased counted in the charts and is it official?
All albums sales are counted in the respective charts. All items are official and authentic purchased directly from Korea / Japan, unless stated otherwise.
Are the pre-order benefits available?
Pre-order benefits (e.g. posters) are only 100% secured when order is placed during the pre-released / pre-order period set. Any orders after that period will be subjected to availability and might not be available. No refunds or cancellation will be provided if the first press items are no longer provided after initial released date.
There will be no refund or exchange if the item is damage during the process of mailing. Items will be protected with bubble wrap to reduce damage.
For self-collection, buyers are advised to check on the spot. Exchange will only be done if the item is heavily damaged. There will be no refund or exchange once you left the venue. Kindly note that minor scratches, dents or tear on outbox are not considered as damage and will not be applicable for exchange or return.
As all items listed are sold in sealed condition, kindly note that we will not be liable for any missing item(s) or manufacturer’s defects in the album unless it is a mass production error in which entertainment companies will compensate for.

- Kindly note that starting from October 2019, fees will not be refundable.
Please submit your payment through the Payment Verification Form.

Meet-up
*Starting from 3 September 2022, mass meet-up at Buangkok / Serangoon MRT will be on hold till further notice.

Postage

Items will be mailed when your full order has arrived, hence if you would like to receive it in two separate parcels, please submit the order form separately. Items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. Tracking number is not provided. Poptheshop will not be liable in cases of lost/damaged mails.
• Courier – Recommended
→ Parcels will be mailed within 1 week upon items arrival. • Registered Airmail (For overseas)
→ Parcels will be mailed within 1 week upon items arrival. Items will be mailed when your full order has arrived, hence if you would like to receive it in two separate parcels, please submit the order form separately. Items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. Tracking number is provided. Poptheshop will not be liable in cases of lost/damaged mails.
What if I can’t make it for any of the meet-ups?
Item will be kept for a maximum of 1 month, unless for valid reasons. If you are still unable to make it for any of the meet-ups after the holding period, please opt for postage.
Return, Exchange & Cancellations
No cancellation will be allowed after your payment is verified and order is processing.
Your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not done within 48 hours after submitting your order. Please email to info@poptheshop.sg if you wish to extend the payment deadline.
Exchange will only be allowed in cases of heavily damaged items during the meet-up. Please check your item thoroughly on the spot during the meet-up, as no exchange will be done if the item is damaged after you left the meet-up venue. We seek your understanding that minor dents, scratches or tear on outbox are not applicable for exchange or return.
Refunds will only be done if the item(s) is/are out of stock.
