Pre-order Information

All items listed are on pre-order basis unless [INSTOCKS] is stated.

For estimated date of arrival, kindly refer to the following:

For new releases,
→ Korea : 5 – 10 working days after released date
→ Japan : 7 – 14 working days after released date

For all old releases,
→ Korea & Japan : 14 – 25 working days after order date

Please note that this is just an estimation, and there might be delays due to other reasons such as custom clearance and awaiting for restock.

Upon arrival to Singapore, email will be sent out to inform regarding collection details. You can then fill up the form in the email to choose a time slot and location to collect the item. For postage, items will be posted out in a week upon arrival to your address.

 

Poster & Poster Tube

Posters or any first press benefits are subjected to availability after the initial released date. The availability will only be known after items have arrived in Singapore. There will strictly be no refunds if the poster or first press benefits are no longer available for orders placed after the released date.

Posters, if available will be given in rolled form during meet-up. For postage, poster will be folded and send out together with the album. For rolled poster during postage, poster tube are available at $3 each over here.

Kindly add to cart and check out together with the album(s) you wish to purchase.

One poster tube can contain 8 – 10 posters. If you are purchasing two or more albums and would like the posters in tube, you will only have to add one tube. Posters will then be shipped out all together in one tube.

If the poster are no longer available, price for poster tube will be refunded.
