SHIPPING & COLLECTION

Pre-orders : Estimated Arrival Date

Korea: 5 – 10 working days after released date

Japan: 7 – 14 working days after released date

China: 30 - 60 working days after released date

Please note that this is just an estimation and there might be delays due to other reasons such as custom clearance and delay shipping from respective site when ordering products with additional site benefit.

Upon arrival to Singapore, collection email for pickup will be sent out once sorted. For courier, items tentatively will be packed and posted out in a week.

Backorders : ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE

KOREA / JAPAN: 10 – 25 WORKING DAYS AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATION AND THERE MIGHT BE DELAYS DUE TO OTHER REASONS SUCH AS CUSTOM CLEARANCE OR AWAITING FOR RESTOCK.

In Store : Collection

In Store items are ready for collection the next working day.

Customers can proceed to head down to the Wilkie Edge store to collect after receiving the confirmation email or arrange in advance the collection date and time for pick up at Compassvale Bow.

For courier, items tentatively will be packed and posted out in a week.

Courier : How can I track my order?

Once your order has been posted out, a tracking number will be updated in your order.

You can track your order by logging into your account and click in the details of the shipped order. Tracking details will be shown under the items.

An email with shipping information will also be send to you.

Pick up Locations

• Self-collection at Compassvale Bow

  • Details will be sent via email upon items arrival. Please arrange one day in advance according to the instructions in the email.

• Self-collection at Wilkie Edge

  • Details will be sent via email upon items arrival.

Products

Are albums purchased counted in the charts and is it official?

All albums sales are counted in the respective charts. All items are official and authentic purchased directly from Korea / Japan.

Are the pre-order benefits available?

Pre-order benefits (e.g. posters) are only guaranteed secured when order is placed during the pre-released / pre-order period.

Any orders after that period will be subjected to availability.

No refunds or cancellation will be allowed if the first press items are no longer provided if orders are placed after the stated pre-order period.

What if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?

Refund will be done for the out-of-stock item.

Damage / Missing Item(s)

As much as we try to provide items in mint condition, do understand that damage especially for fragile items or items with weak outer box during shipment is unavoidable at times.

There will be no refund or exchange if the item is damage during the process of mailing. Items will be protected with bubble wrap to reduce damage.

Kindly note that minor scratches, dents, tear or any manufacturer's defect on outbox are not considered as damage and will not be applicable for exchange or return.

All items listed are sold in sealed condition, kindly note that we will not be liable for any missing item(s) or manufacturer’s defects in the album unless it is a mass production error in which entertainment companies will compensate for.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Can I cancel my orders?

No cancellation will be allowed once your payment is verified.

Unpaid order will be cancelled after 48 hours. Please email to info@poptheshop.sg if you wish to extend the payment deadline.

Returns & Exchange

No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to change of mind.
